How can you help? We are going to hire Guy Garman Accounting Ministries to do our 501 (C) (3) federal non profit status. 501(c)(3) Tax Exempt rules can be very confusing. If done improperly it can delay the process up to 9 months, obtain an adverse determination letter and even lose the user fee. We just don't have the time or resources and therefore, have created a non profit donation fund. It will cost around $1,000.00 to complete the non profit filing process.
